Christmas for Michael

Christmas stars are sparkling
Sweet songs are in the air
I think of you sweet Michael
I wish that you were here

My heart it feels so saddened
Since you've gone away
Each day it goes so slowly
But memories will stay

Christmas in the heavens
My heart is so aware
You are with the angels
Playing music there

I think of us together
Each Christmas you are near
I know that you're with me
But always shed a tear

Upon this earth I gather
The remembrances of you
Christmases together
They seem to take me to

Echoes of your laughter
Within my heart I hear
I look up to the heavens
And say a little prayer

Merry Christmas Michael
You'll always have my heart
Remembrances together
They never ever part

I know that you are smiling
Looking from the sky
Remember that I love you
We'll never say good bye.
